Job summary

OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Creator & Influencer Partnerships Manager in Durban. You will connect clients with authentic creators, manage a diverse creator community, and lead end-to-end partnerships across platforms with a focus on beauty and FMCG brands.

You’ll recruit creators, manage ongoing engagement, brief for activations, and track performance. The role combines strategy, relationship-building, and operational rigor in a hybrid studio setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or creator management, with a focus on consumer brands.
• Experience with influencer platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and emerging platforms.
• Experience building ongoing creator communities or ambassador programmes—not just one-off activations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and recruit creators to build a diverse influencer community aligned with brand values.
• Develop and manage the creator engagement programme and ongoing creator communications.
• Brief and manage creators for activations, launches, and cultural moments with clear direction.
• Track campaign performance, assets usage, and compliance with advertising rules.
• Manage creator fees, gifting budgets, and event spend; support purchase orders and invoicing.
• Shape processes and tooling for scalable creator programmes across markets.
• Partner with the client brand team on influencer strategy and programme updates.
