• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of process design and improvement experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and CAD/layout design is a plus.
• Experience with simulation software is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and develop new processes, workflows, and layouts to enhance productivity and safety.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and material flow analysis.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure effective implementation of process changes.
• Utilize process simulation tools to model and test proposed improvements before implementation.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to process efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Participate in the selection and commissioning of new equipment and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
