Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a good understanding of core industrial engineering concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Willingness to commit to the internship duration.
• Enthusiasm for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of existing production and operational processes.
• Collect and record data related to process performance, efficiency, and quality.
• Support senior engineers in the development and implementation of process improvements.
• Conduct basic time studies and workflow observations.
• Help maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools under guidance.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations on findings.
