Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years in industrial/process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with process mapping and statistical analysis software.
Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify efficiency, safety, and cost improvements.
- Design and implement new or modified processes for optimal performance.
- Create and maintain process documentation (flowcharts, SOPs, work instructions).
- Collaborate with production and management to troubleshoot process issues.
- Monitor production metrics and perform root cause analysis for deviations.
- Evaluate new technologies/equipment to enhance production in Richards Bay.
