Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or industrial engineering within a manufacturing setting.
Proven experience in developing and managing production schedules in a complex manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and APS software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production data.
Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain optimal production schedules to meet demand and capacity constraints.
Analyze production data, including lead times, processing times, and resource availability, to improve scheduling accuracy.
Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure alignment of schedules with material availability and operational capacity.
Identify and address potential scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks proactively.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures within the planning context.
