Placements24 is seeking an organized Industrial Engineer to manage production planning and scheduling at our manufacturing client in Polokwane, Limpopo. You will coordinate with procurement, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and analyze data to optimize capacity and lead times.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years' experience, proficiency in SAP PP and Oracle ERP, and strong analytical and communication skills to

• Minimum of 3 years in industrial engineering with focus on production planning and control.
• Experience developing and managing production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP PP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
