Qualifications

• Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle ASCP, Asprova).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to meet customer orders and demand forecasts.
• Analyze production capacity, resource availability, and lead times to create realistic schedules.
• Collaborate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of the production plan.
• Identify and address potential scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks proactively.
• Utilize production planning software and ERP systems to manage and track production orders.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules in response to changing conditions.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improving scheduling efficiency and reducing lead times.
• Develop reports and presentations on production planning performance and key metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and control processes.
