Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, P&IDs, and schematics.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for all industrial machinery and systems.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Oversee installation of new equipment and ensure it meets performance standards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure availability for critical repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize the impact of maintenance activities on output in Centurion.
