Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years in industrial maintenance engineering.
- Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs.
- Experience with CMMS software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for industrial machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures and repair.
- Analyze equipment data to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
- Oversee major repair projects with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain maintenance records including work orders and downtime analysis.
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians and operators.
