You will minimize downtime, diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults, and support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Experience with welding, fabricating, and general machine shop practices.
Relevant trade qualification or certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all industrial machinery and equipment according to established checklists and protocols.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems faults, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
Install, commission, and test new equipment, ensuring it meets all operational and safety specifications.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities using the CMMS.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively under pressure.
Collaborate with production teams to identify potential equipment issues and recommend improvements.
