Qualifications
- University degree in Chemical, Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of industrial process engineering experience in mineral processing or similar.
- Strong business development or strategy consulting experience.
- Proven track record of end-to-end process development and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Identify, design and deliver high-impact industrial gas solutions.
- Lead deep-dive process audits at manufacturing sites.
- Engineer gas-based technologies and pilot trials on plant floors.
- Develop ROI business cases to demonstrate value and secure long-term contracts.
- Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards for all applications.
- Collaborate with commercial teams as the technical subject matter expert.
- Present engineering solutions to plant managers and technical directors to secure buy-in.
