Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field support or engineering role.

Strong understanding of industrial systems, automation, or related technologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
Ability to travel to client sites and work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

Provide expert on-site and remote support for installation, maintenance, and repair of complex systems.
