Placements24 is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover the Free State region, including Bloemfontein. You will build lasting client relationships, generate new business, manage existing accounts, and provide technical sales support across diverse industrial sectors.

The role emphasizes on-site client visits, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions to meet operational needs, with base salary plus commission and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field sales, industrial or B2B hardware sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and related products.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit targets.
• Identify and win new customers in the industrial sector.
• Grow existing accounts and surface new opportunities.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and provide technical explanations.
• Prepare proposals and quotations and negotiate terms.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline status; collaborate with support teams.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
