The role combines technical acumen with strong sales skills. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical sales, excellent communication, and the ability to engage with engineers and procurement teams to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical sales or field engineering, preferably selling industrial equipment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas for complex technical products.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing, and engineering principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets for industrial equipment.
• Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their operational needs and technical challenges.
• Provide expert technical consultation and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Design and present customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
