You will develop client relationships, prospect for new opportunities, present products, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Relocation to Richards Bay preferred if needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial equipment or B2B sector.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in the industrial sector.
• Actively prospect for new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and networking.
• Present and demonstrate industrial equipment products to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and proposals.
• Collaborate with the logistics and technical support teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Attend industry trade shows and events as required.
• Manage a sales territory effectively to maximize opportunities.
