About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturer of specialized industrial machinery, is seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Installer to join their operations based in Tembisa, Gauteng . This pivotal role involves the precise installation, calibration, and initial setup of complex machinery at various client sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines. This position requires travel to different locations within the Gauteng province and occasionally further afield. We are looking for a proactive individual who can work independently or as part of a small, dedicated installation crew. Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and commission various types of industrial machinery according to technical specifications and installation manuals.
• Perform precise alignment, calibration, and testing of installed equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Industrial Equipment Installer, Machinery Installer, or similar role.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to handle complex machinery.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with various installation tools and equipment, including precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for industrial environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required for installations in and around Tembisa, Gauteng .
• Good problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and operating machinery.
• A technical qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field is advantageous.
