About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Machinery Installer to join their operations team in Rustenburg . This role involves the precise assembly, setup, and commissioning of complex industrial machinery for various manufacturing and mining clients. You will play a key part in ensuring that machinery is installed safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational productivity for our clients in the North West province. This position demands a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on-site, often in challenging industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and align industrial machinery and equipment according to technical specifications and blueprints.
• Perform pre-installation checks, including site preparation and ensuring all necessary components are available.
• Connect machinery to power, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, adhering to safety regulations.
• Conduct functional tests and calibrate equipment post-installation to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues encountered during the installation process.
• Maintain detailed installation records and reports for projects in the Rustenburg industrial sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience in installing and commissioning industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or mining setting.
