The role requires Lean Six Sigma mastery, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in managing complex engineering projects within the chemical sector. Relocation support and a dynamic working environment are provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on project leadership.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is highly preferred; Green Belt required.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, R).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Lead, plan, and execute industrial engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify process inefficiencies and develop robust solutions.
