Qualifications

• 5 years’ relevant experience in FMCG, food production, or manufacturing.
• Proven experience in a project-based or project implementation role.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end project implementation.
• Analyse existing processes for efficiency improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise procedures.
