• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on industrial engineering experience, with 3+ in leadership.
• Proven success leading engineering teams and large-scale projects.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), value stream mapping.
• Proficiency in simulation software (AnyLogic, Simul8) and advanced analytics.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for process improvement, capacity planning, and facility layout.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing systems and workflows.
• Drive the adoption of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other efficiency methodologies.
• Manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (production, quality, logistics) to achieve operational goals.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop and present business cases for capital investments in new technologies and equipment.
