Collaborating with production, QA, and R&D teams, you will design and implement QC processes, SOPs, and training to uphold ISO 9001 standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with emphasis on quality management.
• Experience in quality systems, SPC, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management framework.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Minitab, Excel) and quality reporting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify trends, defects, and quality concerns.
• Develop and implement CAPA to address quality issues effectively.
• Design and improve quality control processes and inspection methodologies.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure ISO compliance and standards.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
