Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer focused on Quality Assurance to join our Benoni operations in a hybrid role. You will analyze production data, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure product and process quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and at least 4 years of QA-focused industrial engineering experience.

This role is integral to maintaining and improving the quality standards of our client's products and processes. You will analyze production data, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistency and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering with a strong focus on quality assurance and control.
• Proven experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical quality tools (SPC).
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment , coordinating with both remote and on-site personnel.
