Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational and production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and resource use.
• Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for improved processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes and ensure buy-in.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify trends.
