- 2–4 years of experience in production planning or scheduling in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production planning principles and inventory control systems (MRP/ERP).
- Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Experience with scheduling software or ERP systems is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production plans and schedules to meet demand.
- Analyze capacity, identify constraints, and suggest solutions.
- Optimize use of labor, machinery, and materials for efficiency.
- Monitor progress, detect deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams for material availability.
- Improve production control systems and methodologies.
- Develop KPIs related to production planning and execution.
- Collaborate with shop floor management to ensure plan execution.
