You will drive lean initiatives and work with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency and output in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, 4+ years of production systems experience, and a strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in production systems design and optimization.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling and capacity analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software for layout design and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production lines, workstations, and material flow.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles across the production floor.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Create SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with teams to implement changes and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct time and motion studies to set performance standards.
• Participate in design and layout of new facilities or modifications.
• Evaluate new equipment and technologies to enhance production.
• Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards.
• Train personnel on new methods and continuous improvement initiatives.
