Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in food & beverage or FMCG.
• Practical experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques (5S, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping).
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize task execution and workflow.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and line operators to implement process changes and gather feedback.
• Track KPIs related to productivity, yield, and waste, and report on progress.
• Participate in equipment selection and integration projects, focusing on operational impact.
• Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation to meet production demands.
