• 2+ years' experience as industrial engineer / supply chain / logistics
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SQL, Revit, or similar layout-design tools
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical teams
• Fluent in English and good understanding of Afrikaans

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize facility layouts and material-flow processes for large distribution centres.
• Conduct capacity analyses, throughput studies, and equipment specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
• Project management of industrial equipment installation.
• Manage and drive large scale procurement projects.
• Develop change management protocols for the customers during implementation phase.
