ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer II for the Distribution Operations team. You will identify improvements, coordinate project delivery, and analyze distribution performance to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering, experience with WMS or SAP, and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Lean Six Sigma exposure is desirable.

As an ENG Industrial Engineer II, you will be part of the Distribution Operations team supporting process improvements, project management, and operational performance analysis.
