Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician to join our operations team in Rustenburg. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in an industrial setting, ensuring safe operation of machinery and distribution networks.

Qualifications

• Qualified Industrial Electrician with a recognized trade certificate or equivalent.
• Experience with high-voltage industrial electrical systems.
• Skilled in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout and electrical safety regulations.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications.
• Capable of working under pressure in the Rustenburg area.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, and maintain electrical motors, generators, control systems, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions in industrial machinery and power supply systems.
• Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards and safety codes for the North West province.
• Respond to electrical emergencies and implement corrective actions swiftly and safely.
