Job summary
Communicate Recruitment is seeking a technically skilled electrical professional to assist with installations, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial automation systems. You will troubleshoot electrical faults, support PLC programming, and work with instrumentation and control equipment.

Qualifications
- National Diploma, BTech or relevant trade-tested qualification in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or a related field.
- Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical installations, commissioning and maintenance of industrial automation systems.
- Perform electrical fault-finding, troubleshooting and repairs.
- Assist with electrical schematics and design using E-Plan.
- Support PLC fault-finding, programming and control system troubleshooting.
- Assist with instrumentation, including sensors, transmitters and measurement devices.
- Support the installation, testing and calibration of instrumentation and control equipment.
- Conduct equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Provide technical support at client sites and complete service reports.
- Travel locally and internationally as required.
