Qualifications

• Bachelor's or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of motor controls and PLCs.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Committed to safety and working on the plant floor, both in teams and independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance for electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults in machinery, control systems, and power distribution.
• Respond to emergency maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Read and apply technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Implement upgrades to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
