Job summary

Jordan Human Resources seeks a Supply Chain professional to manage import processes and deployment activities within a FMCG environment in Gauteng. You will monitor stock availability, ensure regulatory compliance, and generate routine and ad hoc reports for inbound and import operations.

The role focuses on maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brand owners and clearing agents, to ensure smooth logistics flows.

Qualifications

• Experience in SCM and inventory control is essential
• Ability to analyse stock and imports data
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in FMCG imports

Responsibilities

• Manage import process end-to-end, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Coordinate deployment of stock and products to proper locations.
• Analyse stock availability and generate regular reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for imports and exports.
• Report on non-conformance and incidents.
• Provide ad hoc reporting on inbound/import issues with freight forwarders and clearing agents.
