Job summary

Wellness Warehouse is seeking a Stock Receiving Clerk based in Parow, SA. You will check stock received against invoices and purchase orders, verify expiry dates, and log batch numbers in the system. You will collaborate with the team to resolve supplier issues and ensure accurate stock placement.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and strong administrative skills. Training and development are provided through in-house programs and supplier training.

Qualifications

• Matric - Grade 12 is mandatory.
• Experience in receiving environment is preferred.
• Strong communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Check stock received from suppliers against invoices and PO.
• Verify best before/expiry dates and batch numbers.
• Record stock on the system with best before/expiry dates and batch numbers.
• Liaise with team leader on issues related to stock received.
• Store stock in the correct bins.

• Checkingbest before / Expiry dates.


• Receivingthe stock on the system, capturing the best before / expiry dates and batchnumbers.


• Liaisewith team leader, as required on all key issues from suppliers, with regards tothe stock received.


• Puttingthe stock away in the appropriate Bins.
