Overview
We’re looking for an Inbound and Outbound Sales Team Leader with a customer service and or retentions background who will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of sales representatives who manage both incoming customer inquiries (inbound) and proactively reach out to potential clients (outbound), ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets through effective coaching, performance monitoring, and strategic planning across both sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Develop a high-performing sales team for both inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve sales skills.
- Motivate and inspire the team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, regardless of whether the lead is inbound or outbound.
- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
- Build strong relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Quality Assurance
- Monitor call recordings and customer interactions to evaluate sales representative performance against quality standards.
- Provide regular feedback on sales techniques, communication skills, and customer service practices.
- Sales Performance Monitoring
- Track key sales metrics for both inbound and outbound sales teams.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential opportunities.
- Regularly report on team performance to senior management.

Education and Experience
- Matric/Matric Equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years Outbound/Inbound Sales Team Leader.
- Previous travel industry experience will be advantageous.
- Experience within a call center environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Clear credit and criminal record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Above average math skills. (A minimum of 55% matric level higher grade Math’s).
