Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Logistics Shift Coordinator to manage inbound logistics on the assigned shift, ensuring the safe, accurate and timely receipt, storage, movement and issuing of materials. Translate daily plans into clear work priorities and monitor execution against safety, quality and productivity targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in FMCG warehouses, a relevant logistics diploma, and practical knowledge of SAP/PGT/EWM with strong Excel and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehousing.
• 3–5 years inbound logistics or warehouse experience in FMCG.
• Experience with SAP/PGT/EWM and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift inbound logistics execution, including receiving, inspection, storage, staging, issuing and returns.
• Allocate daily work, communicate priorities and monitor completion.
• Ensure accurate SAP/PGT/EWM transactions and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate cycle counts and stock checks, investigate variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor material availability against production plan and coordinate replenishment and escalation actions.
• Control handling of non-conforming material and ensure traceability and disposition.
• Coordinate inbound vehicles, transporters and service providers for safe and efficient delivery.
• Prepare shift reports, KPI updates and escalation summaries covering risks and performance.
• Support team capability, root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement initiatives.
