Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a passion for creating aesthetic, impactful in-store experiences informed by customer behaviour and store dynamics.
• Build displays using product knowledge to be functional and inspiring for customers.
• Ensure visual merchandising reflects the brand standard and enhances the store experience.
• Assist customers on the retail floor, delivering exceptional service and a welcoming experience.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and guide them to the right products.
• Set up store layout to look good and be easy to shop.
• Support stock flow by presenting, replenishing, and merchandising products to high standards.
• Maintain a pristine, well-organised store environment aligned to brand expectations.
• Stay curious and explore new on-brand ideas to elevate the in-store experience.
• Interpret and translate visual briefs from the Visual Lead into clear, actionable direction for the team.
• Develop and upskill team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Hold the team accountable for delivering exceptional visual merchandising standards.
