• Create visually compelling in-store displays that reflect the Jonsson Workwear brand.
• Collaborate with store team to ensure displays are functional and inspirational.
• Interpret visual briefs from the Visual Lead into clear, actionable store layouts.
• Assist customers on the retail floor, delivering exceptional service.
• Guide customers to the right products, enhancing the shopping experience.
• Set up store layout so it's attractive and easy to shop.
• Manage stock presentation and replenishment to high standards.
• Maintain a pristine, well-organised store environment aligned with brand expectations.
• Stay curious and propose fresh, on-brand ideas for in-store experiences.
• Upskill team members through hands-on coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Hold the team accountable for merchandising standards.
