• Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions
• Understanding of stock management procedures
• Knowledge of customer service excellence

Responsibilities

• Execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment including clubcard rewards
• Promote Clicks’ clubcard and enroll new members to achieve targets
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times
• Maintain visuals and housekeeping to store and visual merchandise standards
• Support company vision to be customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer
