Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney or Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience, with significant experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
• Strong knowledge of South African company law and industry regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and standard office software.
• Previous in-house legal experience is highly preferred.
