Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic In-House Counsel to join our corporate legal department in Klerksdorp. This strategic position requires proactive advice on a wide range of business and legal issues, safeguarding company interests, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting growth initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

You will advise senior management and business units, draft and negotiate contracts, and help implement internal policies and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with at least 6 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in both law firm and in-house environments preferred.
• Strong expertise in corporate law, contracts, and commercial transactions.
• Knowledge of South African legislation and industry regulations.

Responsibilities
