Job summary

FirstRand Limited's FNB Points of Presence invites a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service in a busy branch. You will engage walk-in customers, assess needs and offer banking solutions while guiding them to digital channels and self-service options.

You will uphold FAIS, FICA and TCF standards, maintain records, meet service targets, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• FAIS, TCF and regulatory compliance knowledge required.
• Experience meeting sales, service and customer experience targets.
• Grade 12/NQF4 required; preferred NQF5 banking-related certificate.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner and assess needs to offer banking solutions.
• Guide customers to digital, e-Channels, and self-service platforms to improve adoption.
• Fulfilling transactions to high standards while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within agreed timelines and keep records up to date.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with FAIS, FICA, TCF and internal governance.
