Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) to guide organizations in learning and development initiatives. Based in or near Kimberley, you will align training with industry needs and ensure compliance with the Skills Development Act, advising employers and assisting with WSP/ATR submissions.

You will identify development opportunities for employees and support learners through learnerships and internships, working within a consultancy that serves clients

Qualifications

• Accreditation as an SDF by a recognized body.
• Strong understanding of the Skills Development Act and SETA regulations.
• Proven experience advising employers on development strategies and submissions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on skills development planning, including WSP development.
• Assist with WSP/ATR submissions to SETAs.
• Identify training needs and recommend suitable interventions.
• Guide learnerships, internships, and related opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and industry standards.
