You will partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives, manage facilities, IT and contractual matters, and drive process improvements while upholding the organisation's Christian values.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations or related.
• Min 4 years' management experience in a broad operational role.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, controls and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple operational functions, systems and processes.
• Understanding of governance, compliance and risk management.
• Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, practical and solutions-focused; capable of strategic and hands-on work.
• Christian values alignment.
• Non-profit experience advantageous but not essential.
