You will conduct family assessments, develop intervention plans, provide counseling, and support parenting programs while collaborating with local agencies to ensure coordinated service delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work; Master's preferred.
• SACSSP registration essential.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in family social work.
• Experience in family assessment, counseling, and intervention techniques.
• Knowledge of child development, family dynamics, and child protection.
• Excellent communication, listening, and empathy.
• Must manage diverse caseload; work under pressure.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel within Klerksdorp.
• Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive family assessments to identify strengths, needs, and risks.
• Develop and implement individualized family support and intervention plans.
• Provide individual, couple, and family counseling services.
