Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Passion for community development and social impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and development of community development projects.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and community representatives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, minutes, and financial records.
• Support organizing community meetings, workshops, and events.
• Ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• Contribute to evaluation of project impact and outcomes.
