Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in social sector or non-profit.
Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Experience in Randburg area or similar urban communities is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire lifecycle of social programs, from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress towards milestones.
Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.
Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
