Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various community programs.
• Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and venue arrangements.
• Manage participant registration, communication, and support throughout program cycles.
• Maintain accurate program records and prepare reports on activities and outcomes.
• Support program staff and volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary resources.
• Serve as a liaison between program participants, staff, and external stakeholders.
