Job summary

Synergy Jobs (Pty) Ltd in Springs is seeking a Manager: Growth, Partnerships & Brand to lead fundraising, marketing, stakeholder engagement and event strategy, building high-value partnerships with corporate investors, donors and government bodies.

The role focuses on increasing brand visibility and ensuring alignment of partnerships with long-term impact, while delivering compelling proposals and managing communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in fundraising for foundations and/or not-for-profit sectors.
• Strong sales, market research, and brand management knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational experience.
• Proficiency with CRM software and common office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising and revenue strategies aligned to goals.
• Identify and secure sponsors, donors, and funding partners.
• Manage and grow donor and investor relationships.
• Prepare compelling funding proposals and pitches.
• Establish partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and government entities.
• Represent the organisation at events and stakeholder engagements.
• Align partnerships with long-term impact goals.
• Develop integrated marketing and communications strategies and brand messaging.
• Oversee brand identity and consistency across channels.
• Create impact stories, campaigns, and content for outreach.
• Manage public relations and media exposure.
• Lead digital marketing and social media campaigns to attract funding.
• Plan and coordinate high-impact fundraising events and activations.
• Ensure events deliver strong brand and relationship outcomes.
• Maintain transparent donor and impact reporting.
