PRO Personnel Employment Agency in Rustenburg, North West, SA seeks a senior professional to lead Stakeholder Relations, Marketing & Business Development for the company and incubated SMMEs. You will oversee end-to-end development, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring compliance and sustainable growth.

The role requires extensive experience in partnerships, market access initiatives, and leadership to drive enterprise development and revenue growth across sectors.

Qualifications

• Matric / grade 12.
• Undergraduate degree in Public Admin/Management, Business Management, Development Studies or Marketing or related.
• Additional certification in Marketing or Project Management will be advantageous.
• A valid SA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• End to end development and management of Stakeholder Relations, Marketing & Business Development for the Company and SMMEs in incubation.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to CEO, management, stakeholders and directors.
• Initiate and monitor fundraising initiatives to develop and grow the Company.
• Manage fundraising activities in consultation with management and CEO.
• Build and maintain SMME relations and enterprise development through interventions and new tools.
• Ensure market access initiatives for the Company & SMMEs and increase profitability while coordinating online activity.
• Conduct market days and open days quarterly to improve the Company pipeline.
