Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of fundraising, development or sales experience, preferably in non-profit.
• Proven donor acquisition and fundraising target achievement.
• Proficiency with donor management software (CRM) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising plans to meet financial goals.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, sponsors, and foundations.
• Write grant proposals and manage reporting requirements.
• Organize fundraising events from concept to post-event follow-up.
• Maintain donor records and manage the CRM database.
• Collaborate with communications to create fundraising appeals and materials.
• Research new funding sources and opportunities.
